Client Experience Associate - New Brunswick

Your Role

• You will be joining our team of nearly 2000 people nationwide and you will be taking customer calls, capturing incoming leads, taking orders, and scheduling appointments.
• You will be working as a remote receptionist in a fast-paced environment.
• You will work from your computer for the duration of your shift and regularly work 40 hours per week with a minimum of 8 hours on Saturdays and Mondays.

Your Skills

• An excellent communicator, verbally and written.
• Passionate about customer service and helping others.
• People-focused, friendly, and an empathetic listener.
• Dependable and punctual.
• Above-average computer skills, including typing 35 wpm after errors.
• The ability to stay calm and collected under pressure.
• A two-week training program is provided to learn the role.

Compensation & Benefits

• Starting at $19.00 / hour.
• Competitive no-cost benefits package after 90 days of employment.
