We are looking for an Operations Quality Assurance Manage r to help grow our business and contribute to our future.

The Operations Quality Assurance Manager leads teams dedicated to front-end and audit support within the organization's asset recovery division.

Responsibilities include : managing teams who coordinate our supply chain in the repossession and liquidation of moveable assets, communicating with clients on a regular basis and day-to-day management of the front-end and audit teams.

This position will also be responsible for vendor management, including the development and implementation of a vendor management program and scorecards.

Other highlights include :

Develop and oversee a Vendor Management program including building and maintaining scorecards and KPIs in order to review and assess ongoing relationships and performance of suppliers, vendors and clients.

Use the information to provide recommendations and inform business decisions related to managing vendors, partners and other services.

  • Apply PPSA rules (Seize and Sue rules, redemption and reinstatement rules, Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act etc.) and pertinent regulatory rules of the Recovery and Liquidation process.
  • Responsible for leading and implementing project initiatives or process improvements to enhance the overall productivity, efficiency and performance of the team.
  • Participate in budgeting and forecasting process; use analytics to adequately forecast volumes and achieve end of year financial goals and EBITA.
  • Conduct client facing presentations and / or demos.
  • Act as escalation point for team members or client issues outside of typical working hours.

What you'll need :

  • A bachelors degree in Business or Commerce with 5 years related work experience in the asset recovery, repossession or skip tracing industry.
  • Knowledge of PPSA rules, Reinstatement / Redemption rules, Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act and regulatory requirements by jurisdiction of the Recovery Process is mandatory.
  • Outstanding comprehension and critical thinking ability in applying Jurisdictional rules and regulations in the recovery process and make recommendations and present them in a concise and logical way.
  • Experience leading and managing teams.
