The Role :

As a Service Technician, you’ll play a critical role in delivering exceptional service and reliable door solutions to our customers. You will diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and upgrade a variety of sliding, swinging, and rotating doors while ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities :

• Perform planned maintenance, break-fix repair, and upgrades of automated pedestrian doors at customer locations.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues involving electro-mechanical devices, electrical circuits, and relay logic.
• Work with aluminum frames, glazing materials, hardware, and low-voltage wiring.
• Maintain professional communication with customers, end-users, and contractors, providing exceptional service at every interaction.
• Participate in training programs and maintain AAADM certification.
• Operate power tools and perform physically demanding tasks (lifting up to 100 lbs., climbing ladders, kneeling).
• Participate in on-call rotations after certification and training.

Compensation & Benefits

Hourly Rate : $30.00-$45.00 per hour; The final pay rate offered to the successful candidate will depend on education, experience, skill level and other qualifications for the role.

Overtime : Eligible for overtime pay in accordance with state and federal laws

Additional Compensation : Company provided vehicle for job-related travel, Uniforms and safety PPE provided
