Supervisory Management
- Qualifications : Machinist Certificate of Qualification.
- Skillset : 10+ years' experience in a machine shop environment or engineering department of a manufacturer with heavy machining capabilities.
3+ years' experience as a lead hand or supervisor. Good understanding of machinery and equipment and material tolerances.
Good time management and problem solving skills. Skilled at conflict resolution, people management and production planning.
Competence with computer software.
