Content Creator

Position Summary:

Trulioo is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Content Creator to join our Platform Content team. In this role, you'll collaborate with a global team to develop engaging and informative content that equips our customers with the knowledge to effectively use our identity verification solutions. The ideal candidate is skilled in writing and video production and is able to work both independently and collaboratively within the Product department and across the wider organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• As part of our content team, you’ll help support the larger Product team by creating top notch customer-facing content.
• You’ll collaborate with our product design team to concept and develop written content like API documentation, live action and screen capture learning videos, and other content that meets our scope requirements.
• You’ll manage multiple projects and project types in various stages of development.
• You’ll build strong working relationships with subject matter experts and collaborate across teams.
• You’ll also manage the logistics for design, development, and delivery of API documentation and video course materials.
  
  

Skills and Qualifications:

• Video Production: Proficient in operating cameras, lighting, and screen recording software, and editing content using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Audition, or After Effects.
• Technical Writing: Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, accessible documentation for developers and technical teams.
• Research: Experience collaborating with technical teams to scope opportunities and develop content following industry best practices.
• 3+ years of video production experience.
• Strong video scriptwriting skills.
• Experience in producing educational content for SaaS platforms is a plus.

Please view the base salary range for this role below. The range listed is our expected compensation for the role. However, the pay offered may vary depending on a variety of factors including qualifications, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location.

Annual Salary$75,000—$85,000 CAD
