The Student Success Representative plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the sales team by providing administrative and operational support.
This position requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual who can handle a variety of tasks to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the sales process.
Key Responsibilities :
Lead Management / Communication :
- Respond promptly to inquiries to qualify leads and book Discovery Calls for the Sales Consultant.
- Ensure a smooth transition of leads to the Sales Consultant with necessary documentation.
- Maintain positive and professional relationships with clients through effective communication.
- Address lead issues and concerns promptly, working with other departments to find effective solutions.
Sales Enablement :
- Coordinate with the marketing team to understand lead generation and personas to ensure consistent messaging applies in the sales collateral.
- Work closely with the sales team to understand their needs and provide them with the necessary tools, resources, and training to enhance their effectiveness.
- Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and managing calendars.
- Develop compelling sales collateral, including presentations, brochures, and product sheets, ensuring they align with the overall marketing strategy.
- Tailor presentations to address specific client requirements and specific sales opportunities.
- Maintain an organized repository of sales materials and resources.
Market Research :
- Conduct research to gather insights on industry trends, competitors, and customer behavior to support both marketing and sales strategies.
- Stay informed about the company's products and services to provide accurate information to customers and support the sales team.
- Provide feedback to the management and marketing teams to support strategic decision-making.
