Wonderful opportunity for a Commercial Litigation Law Clerk with one of our well-known Law firms in Richmond Hill! This is an on-site position.

You will be a major source of information and assistance to the parties involved. Please note the successful individual will possess 1 - 2 years experience in an office or legal environment.

You have amazing enthusiasm and the ability to take initiative, the position will require the candidate to work between 9:00am-5:00pm. Great opportunity to take the next step in your career! This is an ongoing contract. Enthusiastic candidate's with a true passion for the Legal world are required for this exciting opportunity!

Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following;

- Provide best-in-class legal support to our teams of lawyers on commercial litigation files across many industries.

- Scheduling and conducting discoveries with clients

- Saving documents to the management system.

- Taking and researching all important facts so as to be passed on to the lawyer

Job Requirements:

Requirements:

- Law Clerk Diploma or equivalent education plus 1-2 years of experience working in an office or legal environment.

- Knowledge of the legal sector workflow.

- Experience with any of the following Personal Injury/ Class Action/ Civil Litigation/ Criminal all considered a plus.

- Strong customer service and communication skills.

- Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
