Chatters, the leader in the Canadian Hair and Beauty industry with 118 locations and growing, is searching for a confident District Manager to join our team.

This role offers a unique opportunity for a talented, multi-site leader to make a significant impact by overseeing and enhancing the performance of our locations in Saskatchewan .

A Little About the Job : Client Experience : Your role will be to ensure every client leaves with an unforgettable experience by ensuring your district consistently delivers excellence in client service across all locations.

Team Leadership : You will attract, develop, and mentor high-performing teams while fostering a positive, inclusive, and growth-oriented work environment.

Operational Excellence : You’ll drive store performance through strategic planning, executing action plans, and optimizing operational efficiency.

Sales and Growth : You’ll implement growth strategies to maximize sales, improve overall store performance, and lead innovation and change initiatives.

Financial Management : You'll analyze profit and loss statements, forecast budgets, and ensure all locations within your district meet financial goals, taking proactive actions to address any shortfalls.

Communication and Coaching : You will share your knowledge and experience to help others succeed, providing regular feedback, setting clear expectations, and encouraging professional development.

Professionalism : You’ll represent Chatters with professionalism, effectively communicating at all levels and embodying our Company values.

You are disciplined, set expectations and timelines, and troubleshoot to reach team objectives. A Little About You : You bring 3-5 years of multi-site leadership experience, ideally in the beauty or retail industry.

You are a professional, innovative leader capable of directing change management and delivering results. You are a hands-on leader who believes in being present and actively involved to inspire your team and drive success.

You’re willing to travel up to 75% of the time and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. You are organized and excel at multitasking with strong time management skills.

You have a deep understanding of store operations and can execute action plans to drive success. You excel in team management, with the ability to attract, coach, develop, and implement a top-performing team that aligns with our brand.

You are tech-savvy, comfortable navigating computers, and eager to learn new applications and systems. What we can offer.
