Change Management Analyst
Banking or Financial Experience is a MUST
MUST HAVE :
- 5+ years of experience in the change management and / or related disciplines.
- 5+ years' experience in a variety of projects / markets on multidisciplinary teams, working in a project environment.
- Project delivery skills with experience in organizing, prioritizing, planning, and executing workstreams for high-risk, high-visibility, large-scale projects.
- Proficient knowledge of change management principles, industry best practices, lines of businesses supported, project management, organization practices, business culture(s) and business transformation Knowledge of current and emerging trends.
- Knowledge of project / program support, planning and implementation
- Knowledge of risk management environment, standards, and regulations
- Skill in using software tools, applications (MS Office), data analysis methods and reporting techniques.
- Skill in generating viable, new approaches and solutions.
- Skill in mentoring, and coaching
- Ability to lead, plan, implement and evaluate project and change-related activities.
- Ability to communicate clearly, confidently, and effectively in both oral and written form (English) Ability to work collaboratively, build relationships, succeed in a team, and work independently.
- Ability to analyze, research, organize and prioritize work and meet multiple deadlines.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion · Ability to exercise sound judgement in making decisions.
- Ability to influence and gain other's support.
- Ability to stay energized, productive, and focused in the face of challenges, ambiguity, change or strenuous demands, creating a supportive environment that helps others.
- Ability to see and synthesize different sides of an issue, examining the full range of options and outcomes.
