Build and run a complete, high-output marketing system for the firm : strategy, production, editing (including AI workflows), posting, performance tracking, and brand consistency so our lawyers can focus on law while you build the brand.
What Success Looks Like (First 90 Days)
A repeatable content operating system is live : content pillars, scripts, filming cadence, editing templates, scheduling workflow, approval process.
Posting consistency achieved : daily short-form output (with batching to protect production flow).
Measurable traction : increased reach, engagement, local follower growth, and a clear path from content → consultations.
Key Responsibilities
Own firm brand voice, messaging, and content pillars (Family, Wills & Estates, Real Estate, Employment, Personal Injury, plus general legal education and “behind the firm” trust content).
Create weekly and monthly content calendars with clear themes, campaigns, and call-to-actions.
Build conversion pathways : link-in-bio structure, lead magnets, intake prompts, DM scripts, landing pages (with our team’s support).
Video Production (Hands-On)
Plan, shoot, and direct short-form content (Reels / TikTok / Shorts).
Run filming days with lawyers : prep hooks, prompts, b-roll, and “camera confidence” coaching.
Capture in-office culture, community involvement, client-safe stories, and educational content.
Editing & AI Workflows
Edit daily short-form videos : subtitles, pacing, hooks, jump-cuts, overlays, sound, and platform-native style.
Use AI tools (e.g., Nano Banana and Higgsfield) to accelerate editing, variations, and repurposing.
Create reusable templates for speed and consistency.
Publishing & Community
Own posting : captions, hashtags / SEO, thumbnails, scheduling, stories, and cross-posting.
Monitor comments / DMs with professionalism; upscale sensitive legal inquiries to intake.
Collaborate with intake to track lead sources and improve conversion.
Analytics & Optimization
Weekly reporting : output volume, watch time, saves / shares, follower growth, website clicks, consult inquiries.
Run rapid testing : hooks, formats, lengths, content angles, and offers.
Build “what’s working” playbooks and double down.
Required Experience
Proven experience running short-form video for a brand (agency or in-house). Portfolio required (links to posted work).
Strong editing skills (CapCut / Premiere / Final Cut / DaVinci or equivalent).
Strong copywriting for hooks, captions, and CTAs.
Systems mindset : you can create processes and execute them daily.
