Our client is looking for a Sales Representative for an 18-month contract to ensure continued growth and business development in the East surrounding areas.
The successful candidate would have an in-depth understanding of the market, the ability in building relationship and understanding the needs of the customers and aligning these with company's objective.
Responsibilities : - Be responsible for the sales target in the assigned territory for their product sector and ensure all Sales Force Effectiveness KPI are met.
- Be accountable for the short term and long-term development and growth of the company's product portfolio within the territory.
- Implement and execute the marketing action plans to contribute to achievement of agreed territory sales objectives and targets and consistently exploring new opportunities.
- Autonomously maintain and enhance the relationship with their customers within the territory.- Develop and maintain close working relationships with multiple contacts within the customers' organization, this includes developing and refining key account plans.
- Formulate and implement near and long-term strategies to achieve aggressive revenue and profitability targets. - Ensure effective use of promotional materials.
Who you are : - At least 5 years of work experience in the beauty / dermatological industry.- Ability to improve continuously with creative and resourceful problem solving.
- Sales experience in the personal, health or homecare markets will be an added advantage. - Good understanding of personal and home care market will be a definite plus.
- Fluent communication skills in English, any other language is an asset. - Demonstrate ability to work across various cultures, a go get attitude, willingness to learn new skills, and be open to adapt to an ever-changing market.
- Valid car driver's license is essential.- Willingness and ability to travel approximately 80% of the time with a highly flexible schedule.
