Reporting to the Rigging Supervisor, Zero Gravity Crane is looking for a full-time Rigger / Iron w orker to join our commercial & industrial moving division in Lethbridge, Alberta.

The successful candidate will have strong customer service skills, enjoy problem solving, and thrive as a team member. If you are detail orientated and are looking for a career you can grow into, we want to hear from you!

P osition Summary :

  • Understand and execute the complexities of industrial moving , rigging maneuvers , and techniques .
  • P er form equipment inspections, regular maintenance and repairs, and report deficiencies .
  • Ensure appropriate equipment is ready for assigned job s .
  • Safe l y operate company vehicles and equipment .
  • Perform general labour duties where necessary .

Requirements

Required Qualifications :

  • Valid Class 5 driver’s License with clean driver’s abstract
  • Ability to complete physical labour and other strenuous physical tasks in most weather conditions .
  • Ability to understand and comply with industry safety standards .
  • Eagerness to learn and contribute to team efforts.
  • Ability to adapt to a demanding schedule .
  • High school diploma or equivalent required .
  • O rganized , with a strong attention to detail .
  • Ability to work on a team or in a small group .
  • C ritical thinking in a changing environment .
  • Ability to work with technology and learn different software programs as needed.
  • Previous experience in construction or a related field is preferred.

Physical fitness test may be requested.

Valuable Training :

  • Standard First Aid and H2S
  • Forklift / Zoom Boom C ertificate
  • CSTS 2020

Requirements
