Position Overview:
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and visitors with a warm and professional demeanor.
- Answer phone calls and direct them to appropriate personnel.
- Manage scheduling of appointments and maintain the calendar.
- Assist clients with inquiries regarding policies and services.
- Perform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.
- Process incoming and outgoing mail.
- Assist with customer service tasks as needed.
- Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable
- Other tasks as required
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Office Administration is a plus.
- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role, preferably in the insurance or financial sector.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help clients.
