Victoria Ford Alliancerequires an energetic Assistant Appointment Coordinator to join our dynamic, results driven team. This position is 4 days per week (Wednesday to Saturday) and is located at our beautiful brand-new 2nd floor Business Development Centre in Victoria, BC. This position is responsible for a high volume of appointment phone calls; therefore, previous reception experience would be considered an asset, although training would be provided for the right candidate.

Who you are:

• A natural conversationalist with exceptional phone etiquette;
• Detail oriented with strong organizational skills;
• Capable of prioritizing and managing various tasks at once;
• Enjoy a fast paced, high energy environment;
• Digitally literate with experience in Microsoft Office or similar applications;
• Able to work well both individually and with a team.

What you will do:

• Receive and confirm service appointments;
• Offer customer outreach, including appointment and routine maintenance reminder calls;
• Coordinate service shop work;
• Provide general day-to-day operational assistance as required.
