Our client, a top 5 bank, is looking for a Document Review Specialist for a 12-month contract located in Toronto. This is an excellent opportunity for a Document Review Specialist with a financial services background.
Please note this position is currently a hybrid work arrangement.
As a Document Review Specialist, your duties will include but not be limited to :
- Acting as a point of contact and communicating product developments, enhancements, and change management initiatives to Investment Advisors and their teams.
- Supporting the coordination of business initiatives including conference calls, seminars, roadshows, and events that promote the exchange of information on products.
- Reviewing account opening documentation, ensuring compliance with firm and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications required for the Document Review Specialist include :
- University degree or college diploma in a related discipline.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills and an understanding of investment verbiage.
