Job Description

This posting is for the Sia Partners - Western Canada consulting practice.

Some background : In September 2021, Sia Partners acquired Ethier Associates in Calgary. Since joining the Sia village the Calgary team has had great success, leveraging legacy work and client relationships in the Business & Technology Transformation space.

We continue our growth under a new Business Unit for Sia Partners namely Energy, Transportation, & Manufacturing.We have projects in the pipeline for key clients in the Airline & Aviation industry, and are looking to expand our growing team.

Roles and deliverables will potentially cover Management Consulting; Strategy and Solution design / development, Project / Program Management, Business Analysis, Data & Analytics, and Business Process Transformation.

We are able to consider people interested in full-time / permanent employment with Sia Partners, as well as independent consultants / subcontractors .

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have minimum 10 years experience as a Management Consultant - with at least 5 dedicated to or having experience working in the Airline / Aviation industry.

We are looking for subject matter expertise in at least one of the following areas :

  • Airline Information Systems
  • Airline Revenue Management Systems
  • Management Reporting
  • Analytics
  • Airline Rewards / Customer Loyalty Programs
  • Cargo Operations
  • Subsidiary Operations
  • Cyber Security
  • Optimization of Fleet Movements
  • Strategy and Operations with airports
  • Regulatory, Governance & Compliance (specific to travel / transport industry)

Your experience will include Project Management of significant programs within an airline, and appropriate PM qualifications / certifications will be considered an asset.

Expertise as a Business Analyst in the above mentioned areas will also be considered, along with suitable CBAP (or equivalent) credentials.

LOCATION REQUIREMENTS :

  • Preference is for candidates to be LOCAL to CALGARY, AB - but we are able to consider applicants from across Canada as well.
  • You must be legally eligible to work in Canada, and already residing here. (We are NOT able to consider anyone from outside Canada, nor anyone requiring visa-sponsorship).
