Job Title : Plasma Table Programmer

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a CNC Programmer and Manufacturing Supervisor.

In this role, you will be responsible for using an advanced CNC programming software to program a plasma cutting machine, as well as supervising other manufacturing operations to ensure efficiency and quality production.

Responsibilities :

• Utilize advanced CNC programming software to program a plasma cutting machine for precise and accurate cutting of materials.
• Develop and optimize CNC programs to maximize efficiency and minimize waste.
• Supervise and coordinate manufacturing operations to meet production goals and quality standards.
• Train and mentor junior staff members in CNC programming and machine operation.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols in the manufacturing environment.
• Collaborate with engineering and design teams to optimize manufacturing processes and output.

Qualifications :

• Proven experience in CNC programming and operation, particularly with plasma cutting machines.
• Proficiency in advanced CNC programming software (Auto CAD, CAD, Solidworks).
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and best practices.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Prior experience supervising manufacturing operations is a plus.
