We are currently recruiting for roles at the Sr. Manager to Sr. Principal levels in our Strategy and Innovation Practice.

While no two consultants are alike, certain qualifications are typical for successful team members at this level :
Qualifications
Advanced graduate degree (e.g., MBA, PhD, etc.) with excellent academic qualifications in a quantitative discipline, such as engineering, physical sciences, mathematics or related disciplines.
Backgrounds in engineering with an MBA valued.
- 8+ years of professional experience in industrial markets (mining, oil and gas, chemicals, etc.) strongly preferred, especially within major industrials or mining companies in operations or strategy.
- Candidates with experience in industrials, including those with engineering backgrounds prior to consulting, are encouraged to apply, as are those with technology roadmapping and strategy experience.
- Entrepreneurial drive to develop new client relationships and generate business development opportunities
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and create an inclusive environment with people at all levels of an organization and geographies, from North America to Brazil, India and Europe.
- Ability to break down and solve business problems through quantitative thinking and analysis
- Comfort with ambiguous, ever-changing situations
- Excellent english language skills
Successful candidates possess a strong background in top-tier strategy consulting and comfort with the consulting toolkit, including problem definition, hypothesis development, analytics, research and storytelling.
A blend of analytical and creative thinking skills is a must . Stratalis consultants at this level often possess degrees from a top institution and have excelled in their professional careers.
