With an integrated approach to their designs their planning and design team work together to deliver pragmatic and forward thinking planning approaches to their work. They are growing and progressing and building a great projects and plan to develop further expanding their company across the country.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

The Senior Planner will have experience working with multiple disciplines in the planning and development of creating relationships between residential and non-residential buildings, mixed-use communities, landscape and infrastructure elements. With experience specifically in the development industry this individual will help grow and foster relationships throughout Alberta with a focus in the development space. Through innovative and forward thinking perspectives this individual will lead projects and work directly with client in both the private and public sector. With experience in leadership and mentorship this individual will set a precedent for managing projects and working with teams for the rest of the planning team.

This candidate will have the following aspects;

• Master's in Architecture, Design or Planning with an AAA registration or PLAN designation
• LEED AP and PMP are additional assets
• 7+ years' experience as a Planner in Canada (ideally Alberta)
• 5+ year's experience managing teams and working within a multidisciplinary firm
• Experience working within any or all of the following sectors;

Development planning and approvals experience in Calgary and / or Alberta
