Our client, a leading organization in the contact center industry, is seeking a Bilingual Supervisor to join their team. As a Bilingual Supervisor you will be part of the Customer Service Department supporting the Contact Center Operations. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location : Victoria, BC (Remote work)
Pay Range : 30.97 per hour
What's the Job?
Provide leadership to ensure Quality Assurance goals are met, monitoring, tracking, and reporting on a designated number of checks for each employee monthly.
Initiate appropriate timing and phases of the performance management continuum to support team development.
Ensure compliance with daily, weekly, and monthly workflow schedules across departments.
Investigate and resolve employee and client escalations related to business policies or procedures.
Report system failures immediately and implement temporary process changes to meet service level requirements.
What's Needed?
Minimum of 2 years’ experience supervising an operational unit with at least 15 employees.
Bilingual in English & French.
Reliability Clearance & clear background check.
Post-secondary education in business administration, human relations, or public administration.
In-depth knowledge of contact center operations and employee engagement principles.
Proficiency in MS Office suite : Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
