We have several employers looking for exceptional candidates to fill a variety of Reception / Administrative Assistant jobs in Calgary, Alberta. These positions are temporary to provide support for Holiday coverage (primarily December 2025 and January 2026).

The ideal candidates will be friendly in nature and welcoming with a positive and supportive demeanour, and eager to step in where needed to assist the team. Ideal candidates should be adaptable with the ability to effectively prioritize competing tasks from multiple departments, all the while delivering excellent customer service.

Duties and Responsibilities :

Responsibilities will range depending on the level of experience the placement requires. Typical responsibilities can include, but are not limited to :

  • Answering calls and greeting clients
  • Maintaining cleanliness in common areas
  • Arranging couriers / receiving mail
  • Entering data
  • Ordering supplies
  • Filing
  • Preparing boardrooms
  • Typing documentation
  • Booking appointments
  • All other office support required

Education :

  • Post Secondary Education is a benefit, but not a requirement
  • Experience :

  • MS Office skills at all levels
  • Previous reception or administrative experience is considered an asset
  • Previous customer service experience is considered an asset
  • Skills :

  • Energetic, team player with a ‘can do’ attitude
  • Eager with a willingness to learn and grow
  • Organized and detail oriented
  • Excellent customer service and communicationAbility to work in high paced environments
  • Upbeat, vibrant, and enthusiastic personality
  • Base Salary :

  • Temporary placements range from $18.00-$20.00+ per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
  • Work Hours : >

  • Work hours will vary depending on the assignment details and employers’ needs. This information will be confirmed at the time of your interview or offering of assignment(s).
  • Additional Notes :

  • This opportunity does not include relocation. It will be the responsibility of the candidate should relocation be required.
