Our dynamic client in Calgary is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant to join their established team for a contract role.

As an Administrative Assistant, your day-to-day responsibilities may include, but not be limited to:

• Prepare confidential documents, presentation, reports
• Scheduling and managing appointments
• Organizing and maintaining records
• Create Purchase Orders
• Assist with coordination of meetings and events
• Coordinate or develop communications with clients
• Ad hoc duties as requested

Job Requirements:

Play a vital role as an Administrative Assistant with our client. The successful Administrative Assistant will possess the following:

• 8+ years of administrative experience with 5+ in Talent Organizational Development or Human Resources
• Post-secondary education in Human Resources or related
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills
• Strong working knowledge of SAP
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• High level of confidentiality
• Excellent organizational and critical thinking skills
