Responsabilités :

• S'assurer que les processus en place sont fonctionnels et permettent de respecter les délais de livraison.
• Développer et négocier des accords avec les clients internes
• Participer à l'élaboration de mesures correctives pour les processus défaillants.
• Analyser le plan de capacité actuel et futur des unités de production et communiquer la procédure à suivre pour respecter les délais de livraison.
• Utiliser et améliorer les outils de capacité du système de gestion (SAP).
• Participer à l'amélioration des outils de planification et au développement des procédures.

Compétences minimales requises

• Connaissance avancée d'Excel
• Vous avez une parfaite maîtrise du français et de l'anglais (parlé, lu et écrit).
• Analyse de données

Atout :

• Connaissance des outils de visualisation de données (Power BI ou autres)
• Programmation Excel VBA
• Expérience dans un environnement manufacturier
• Connaissance de SAP

Qualifications :

• Diplôme d'études collégiales ou d'associé et plus de 4 ans d'expérience en ordonnancement et en planification de la capacité dans un environnement de fabrication ou de réparation et d'entretien OU
• Baccalauréat et plus de 2 ans d'expérience en génie industriel ou en gestion des opérations OU
• Maîtrise en génie industriel ou en gestion des opérations OU
• Au lieu d'un diplôme, 6 ans d'expérience ou plus en ordonnancement et en planification de la capacité dans un environnement de fabrication ou de réparation et de révision.

Responsibilities :

• Ensure that the processes in place are functional and allow meeting the delivery time.
• Develop and negotiate agreements with internal clients
• Participate in the development of corrective measures for the failing processes.
• Analyse the current and future capacity plan of the production units and communicate the

procedure to follow to meet the on-time delivery

• Use and improve the capacity tools of the management system (SAP).
• Participate in the improvement of planning tools and in the development of procedures

Minimum Skills Required

• Advanced knowledge of Excel
• Fully fluent in French and English (speaking, reading and writing)
• Data analysis

Asset :

• Knowledge of data visualization tools (Power BI or others)
• Excel VBA programming
• Experience within a manufacturing environment
• Knowledge of SAP

Qualifications :

• Related CEGEP or associate degree and 4+ years" experience in scheduling and capacity planning in a manufacturing or repair and overhaul environment OR
• Bachelor"s degree and 2+ years" experience in Industrial Engineering or Operations Management OR
• Master"s degree in Industrial Engineering or Operations Management OR
• Or degree 6+ years of experience in scheduling and capacity planning in a manufacturing or repair and overhaul environment
