Medical Director
The Medical Director will be responsible for providing medical leadership and direction to the organization. This position will be responsible for developing and implementing medical strategies, policies, and procedures, as well as providing medical oversight and guidance to the organization.
Responsibilities :
Develop and implement medical strategies, policies, and procedures.
Provide medical oversight and guidance to the organization.
Lead and manage medical staff.
Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders.
Provide medical advice and guidance to the organization.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of medical services.
Develop and implement quality assurance programs.
Develop and implement patient safety initiatives.
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications :
MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
Board certification
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a medical leadership role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations.
