Responsibilities :
- Calendar & Travel Management : Manage the Managing Partner’s calendar and business travel arrangements, ensuring a well-organized schedule.
- Correspondence Handling : Manage incoming and outgoing communications (email, telephone, videoconferencing) with a high level of professionalism and efficiency.
- Project Coordination : Arrange and participate in project meetings from initiation through to close, tracking progress, scheduling interviews, and maintaining timely follow-up with clients and candidates.
Required Skills and Knowledge :
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with HubSpot or other CRM systems is an asset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Education and Experience :
- 5-10 years of experience in an executive assistant, administrative, or project coordination role within a professional services or executive search firm preferred.
- Completion of secondary school; university degree preferred
