ROLE SUMMARY :

Manage the recording and collection of accounts receivable in Quebec and Craft Direct Delivery in Ontario and BC.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage Accounts Receivable collection risk through credit policies.
• Reduce Daily Sales Outstanding (DSO), Overdue (OVD), and Bad Debt.
• Reconcile payments to customer's accounts.
• Maintain sound credit policy keeping credit losses and slow collection of receivables to a minimum.
• Responsible for setting new customer credit terms.
• Analysis and resolution of disputes and issues which cause orders and / or accounts to be locked.

Unlock or lock accounts and orders as required.
