Building Maintenance Technician

MetCap Living Management Inc. is currently seeking a Maintenace Technician / Caretaker for our buildings in Burnaby, BC Troubleshoot general common area repairs.
Repair and replace general hardware. Handling all basic repairs and maintenance in residential apartments and common area Ability to perform preventative maintenance and minor fixes like broken locks, faucet replacements, light fixtures replacement, wall preparations for painting, etc.
Skills, knowledge, and abilities required include : Being highly observant. Ability to solve problems. Being smart and agile.
Good time management. Knowledge of electrical works. Knowledge of plumbing works. Good knowledge of carpentry. Have a positive attitude to work.
Ability to prioritize tasks. Ability to follow instructions. Must have a clear criminal record. Must have own basic tools.
