Project Manager
Adecco is currently seeking a dynamic Project Manager to join our clients Manufacturing 4.0, a leading force in the Auto Populated Field Manufacturing industry.
Based in North York, ON, this Temporary role offers an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to drive program management, facilitate collaboration, and implement robust project strategies.
The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting various teams within Manufacturing 4.0, contributing to the acceleration roadmap, and fostering communities in the M&S Master Data Office, HarMO, MES Program Team, and Overall Operations.

Shifts : Monday-Friday 9 : 00am-5 : 00pm
Job type : Temporary to permanent Full-time

Responsibilities :
Establish and execute a comprehensive program management office (PMO) within Manufacturing 4.0.
Drive, monitor, and communicate progress against the acceleration roadmap.
Coordinate and support teams, including M&S Master Data Office, HarMO, MES Program Team, and Overall Operations.
Implement digital tools, such as Microsoft Teams, Office Tools, SharePoint, and Reporting / Dashboard.
Manage change effectively and contribute to the success of ambitious goals.
Work collaboratively across all organizational levels, from shop floor to senior management.
Requirements :
Proven track record in implementing projects, emphasizing budget and resource management.
Excellent communication and coordination skills, capable of working across diverse cultures.
Familiarity with Sanofi culture and processes, with prior Sanofi experience as a plus.
Expertise in deploying digital tools, including Microsoft Teams, Office Tools, and SharePoint.
Project management skills, with preference for PMI certification.
Strong experience in change management and navigating ambiguity in a fast-changing environment.
Fluent in English (verbal and written), with proficiency in French considered advantageous.
Previous involvement in Life Science projects.
Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada.
