Customer Service Representative (Part Time)
Position Description
We will soon be opening our newest branch in Igloolik, NU and are looking for two enthusiastic, committed and motivated individuals to fill the position of Customer Service Representative.
Here’s What You’ll Be Doing
As a Customer Service Representative you will be accountable to assist customers with a variety of financial activities, like opening accounts, making deposits, withdrawals, bill payments, cashing cheques and other account transactions.
You will be required to listen to and understand our customer’s needs and identify opportunities to promote FNBC products and services, while adhering to internal and regulatory policies and procedures.

You are a highly motivated individual who is passionate about providing a high level of customer service. You have a keen eye for detail and possess strong organizational skills.
You are highly adaptable, professional and efficient and enjoys working with others!
