We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a variety of projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Additionally, you will be responsible for other administrative duties including invoicing, proposal writing, responding to client support tickets, and appointment scheduling.
Contract : USD $1500 / MonthResponsibilities : Plan, execute, and manage multiple projects simultaneously, from initiation to closureDefine project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholdersDevelop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgetsAssign tasks to team members and ensure they are completed on time and to the required quality standardsConduct regular status meetings with stakeholders to provide project updates, resolve issues, and manage expectationsTrack project progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet changing requirementsEnsure all project documentation is complete and up-to-dateManage project risks and issues, and escalate as neededMaintain a positive and productive team environmentContinuously improve project management processes and methodologiesManage invoicing and billing processes, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing to clientsWrite proposals for new business opportunities, outlining project scope, deliverables, and pricingRespond to client support tickets and inquiries, providing timely and professional communicationSchedule appointments and meetings with clients, team members, and vendors as neededRequirements : 3+ experience as a project manager in a digital agency or similar industryStrong project management skills, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk managementFluency in English is a mustExcellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skillsAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectivelyProficiency in project management softwareHigh level of attention to detail and accuracyA degree in business, marketing, communications or related fieldKnowledge of or interest in digital marketing, web design, and development
