Made by Gather is a dynamic and innovative company that specializes in affordable kitchenware and home furnishings. We are dedicated to providing our customers with a seamless online shopping experience and are looking for a talented eCommerce UI Graphic Designer to join our team.

As an eCommerce UI Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces for our eCommerce websites and mobile applications.

You will work within the Creative Services team and closely with the Marketing team to design and implement innovative solutions that enhance the overall customer experience and drive conversions.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Design and create engaging user interfaces for our eCommerce platforms, including websites, mobile apps, and other digital channels.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and designs for online campaigns, promotions, and product launches.
• Collaborate with external agencies to support ongoing marketing projects.
• Conduct user research and testing to validate design concepts and optimize user interactions.
• Provide creative direction and guidance to collaborators.
• Manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Take existing brand identity and develop the digital guide to ensure consistency and cohesive identity across digital platforms.
• Gain a deep understanding of user needs and requirements and incorporate them into the design process.
• Ensure the accessibility and responsiveness of designs to provide a seamless user experience across different devices and platforms.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, including product managers, product development, and marketing, to ensure a consistent and user-centric design experience.
• Ensure designs adhere to industry standards, UX / UI best practices, and eCommerce design trends.
• Iterate designs based on feedback and user testing, continually seeking to improve the user experience.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging design trends, technologies, and industry advancements.

QUALIFICATIONS :

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in eCommerce UI / UX design, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Shopify, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, and other design tools.
• Experience with coding, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
