Position : Registered Psychotherapist
Job Type : Contract
Pay : $60-80 / hr (commensurate with experience)

Responsibilities :
- Conduct individual counselling sessions with clients.
- Maintain accurate and confidential client files, including consents and notes.
- Prepare and provide necessary documentation to third parties.
- Participate in team meetings and consultations.
- Contribute to the creation of engaging social media content to promote mental health awareness.
Qualifications :
- Master’s degree in Counselling or Social Work, with a completed practicum placement.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in a similar role.
- Deep understanding of intersectionality and culturally responsive therapeutic practices.
- Commitment to ethical practices and professional standards.
- Proficiency in trauma-informed, anti-oppressive, and anti-racist approaches.
- Strong collaborative skills and a team-oriented mindset.
- Registration with the Canadian Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO).
- Personal liability insurance.
- Proficiency in additional languages is a significant asset; Arabic speaking an asset.
