- Perform inspection, troubleshooting, modification and service / repairs of existing fire sprinkler systems
- Provide specific solutions and recommendations to customers on the most efficient and cost-effective methods to return equipment to working order
- Perform site visits when required to properly estimate scope of work & quotes to current and potential customers
- Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, software / systems, programs, schematics and operational / product manuals
- Respond to service various calls from service coordinator
- Ensure that the highest standard of system reliability and customer satisfaction are met
- Maintain the business integrity of the company to meet the client expectations
- Participate in scheduled on-call rotation as required
- Perform other duties as assignedQualifications
- Qualified Candidates must be licensed and must be a member of the OCOT or currently enrolled in the apprenticeship program
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Proficient in operating most types of Sprinkler Systems
- 5+ years of documented experience in the Fire Sprinkler industry
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to lift equipment and tools up to 60lbs and climb ladders and scaffolding
- Must be able to work under minimal supervision
- Valid Ontario driver licenseCe que nous offrons
