Lifemark Seniors Wellness has an exciting opportunity for a Registered Physiotherapist to join our growing team!
Location : Surrey, BC
Schedule - Independent Contractor , 8hours / week
Pay Range - $55- $65
In this role you will :
- Perform clinical assessments and implement treatment plans for clients
- Provide ongoing evaluation of client progress
- Administer and collect outcome measurement information
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives
- Communicate to appropriate referral sources and stakeholders
- Engage in continuous learning and skills development
- Have fun, and contribute to a positive patient experience
Qualifications :
- Registered with the Provincial College of Physiotherapists
- A graduate of a recognized university Physiotherapy degree program
- ADP authorization is required or willing to obtain
- A valid Vulnerable Sector screening check (within 6 months)
- Proof of Tuberculin (2-Step Mantoux Test) clearance
The successful candidate will be made an offer of employment on the condition of being fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
