Territory Sales Representative – Welding Supplies

They are specialists in welding and brazing products and offer technical support in addition to their products. They are currently seeking an experienced welder or metallurgist to join their team as a Territory Sales Representative.
This territory position is based in the Fraser Valley but covers all of Western Canada. If you are ready to take the next step in your career, we would like to meet you!
Les tâches
- Cold-calling and warm-calling customers in the welding industry.
- Organizing training and providing ongoing information for distributors.
- Supporting and developing the network of distributors and customers.
- Consulting customers on the right products for their welding needs.
- Effectively promoting the product line to develop sales, including running contests & promotions and implementing sales & marketing tools.
- Conducting business reviews and strategy development with distributors.
- Identifying and connecting with potential customers and independent distributors.
- Carrying out other tasks related to the success of the position.

Exigences du poste
- 3 years and plus of experience in sales with a distribution network.
- Familiar with basic functions in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point.
- Willingness to travel within BC and the prairies.
- Professional training or experience as a welder or metallurgical technician, an asset.
- Knowledge of maintenance and repair welding, an asset.
