Analyzes information technology (IT) requirements in business processes, through requirements elicitation, solutions identification, risk analysis and collaboration across (IT) teams.
Applies experience and seasoned knowledge, skills, and practices to perform a variety of assignments.
Job Description
What will you do?
Provide consulting services to business partners on new initiatives (small to large of varying complexity).
Lead detailed requirement phases identifying, tracking, escalating and / or resolving business systems issues.
Assess, research, analyze and document sponsor / stakeholder needs in accordance with Enterprise Project Management Framework and Agile or Iterative Waterfall deliverables utilizing reporting tools, requirements.
Recommend business solutions that satisfy sponsor / stakeholder needs continually exploring and assessing options for value-add for clients.
Develop detailed plans and accurate estimates for completion of Requirements and Acceptance phases of projects. Facilitating small to large meetings, support testing including leading of systems & acceptance testing by facilitating participation of appropriate staff to project completion
Effectively communicate and build rapport with team members, stakeholders and business partners using a variety of techniques and collaboration from initiation to close.
What do you need to succeed?
Must-have
8+ years experience in an SAP HR functional analyst role with experience researching SAP HR related issues, developing process maps, completing configuration, creating technical development specs, performing application testing, gathering business requirements, and handling change management activities in support of SAP HR processes.
Solid knowledge of SAP HR, including modules PA, PD, Benefits, Retirement & Savings, Security, Compensation, Payroll, Employee and Manager Self-Serve Tools.
Strong coordination skills. Able to lead meetings with and collect Business Requirements from various stakeholders from multiple areas HR Business, HR Service Center, Technology
Strong verbal and written communications skills
Experience in coordinating with third party vendors
Fast learner with strong soft skills for relationship management with various stakeholders
Nice-to-have
SAP HR Academy Accreditation
Experience on SAP ECC 6.0 and SAP NWDS and SAP Portal ITS
Experience with SAP tools (e.g. email notifications, workflow, portal)
Technical Knowledge (strongly preferred) :
Working knowledge of integration points with other SAP modules as well as ESS and MSS.
Worked in an agile or iWF environment
