Project Coordinator

Our client, a Top 5 bank in Canada is looking to hire a Project Coordinator to assist with a Remediation project to their team for an initial 3-month contract with a high possibility of extension. This role is twice a week in office in Toronto.

• Responsible for managing key process, oversight, and execution of key process.
• Identifying root cause, including potential solutions to ensure business objectives are achieved.
• Effectively coordinate amongst key internal partners to ensure business objectives are realized, including ensuring capacity across various teams is understood and volumes are effectively managed to meet business objectives.
• Consolidate results, including providing input into executive reporting into executive reporting being provided.
• Ensure controls / oversight ensuring business objectives are realized and outcomes are documented.
• You will use your analytical skills to understand and interpret complex information, identify patterns and trends in new or strategic areas, and develop recommendations, often with minimal direction in order to respond to urgent business priorities.
