Your Focus :
- Product Strategy and Vision :
- Define and communicate a compelling product vision and strategy that aligns with company goals.
- Utilize data-driven insights to guide product development and decision-making processes.
- Customer-Centric Approach :
- Advocate for the customer, ensuring their needs and feedback are at the forefront of product development.
- Conduct and oversee regular market and customer research to inform product improvements and innovations.
- Leadership and Team Development :
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of product managers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Provide guidance and support to product managers in developing and executing their product strategies.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration :
- Work closely with engineering, marketing, sales, and other departments to ensure successful product launches and iterations.
- Facilitate clear and effective communication across teams to align on product goals and milestones.
- Performance Metrics and Analysis :
- Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and drive continuous improvement.
- Leverage analytics to identify opportunities for product enhancements and growth.
Who you are :
- 10+ years of experience in product management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing product strategies that are data-driven and customer-focused.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of coaching and mentoring product managers.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Superior communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Nice to have; experience with merger & acquisition as it relates to evaluating synergies and unifying products into a single product
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
