What we will achieve together :

Astek Life Sciences is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Coordinator / Project Manager to join our dynamic team.

This role is pivotal in supporting the development and implementation of custom pharmacy software and Point of Sale (POS) systems, along with supporting hardware and field services.

The successful candidate will work closely with our development team and vendors to ensure the smooth execution of projects.

Your mission would be :

• Project Facilitation : Facilitate various project-related activities, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders.
• Vendor Management : Assist with vendor implementation and management, overseeing vendor project plans, and ensuring alignment with project goals.
• Meeting Coordination : Organize and coordinate meetings, take detailed minutes, and track action items to ensure follow-through.
• Task Management : Manage and track project tasks, coordinating with the steering committee and providing regular updates on progress.
• Support Existing Team : Work alongside the existing Scrum Master and Project Manager on the vendor side to ensure cohesive project execution.
• Documentation : Prepare structured updates, including status reports and meeting minutes, to keep all stakeholders informed.

Your profile :

• Experience with Protected Health Information (PHI) : Familiarity with handling PHI is advantageous.
• Healthcare Background : A background in healthcare or pharmacy environments is preferred.
• Software Implementation : Proven experience in software implementation, particularly in technical aspects.
• Scrum and Agile Methodologies : Strong understanding of Scrum and Agile methodologies and practices.
• Technical Knowledge : Familiarity with the Microsoft technology stack, including .NET and Azure.
• Build Release Plans : Ability to understand and manage build release plans.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Project Management, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in project coordination or project management roles.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
