Job Description
The ideal candidate will prospect and close sales leads to help generate revenue for the company. They will also be responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating the sales strategy.
They will have strong management and coaching skills to support the learning and development of the sales team.
The position is for Security and Tracking Division within NVS. Security and tracking division include solutions for physical security : CCTV, Access control, Barrier gates and other related products
Responsibilities
- Support the learning and development of the sales team
- Coordinate with sales representatives to generate and meet with prospective leads
- Track and report all sales activities
- Develop and execute sales strategy through market analysis
- Approach prospective customers and promote NVS products / solutions
- Track record of prospecting, qualifying, and managing customer commitment as part of the sales process
- Experience in developing successful client relationships leading to the closing of sales
- Promoting NVS new solutions and products to customers nationally and globally
Qualifications
- Previous experience in selling physical security systems : CCTV, access control and other related products
- Experience managing sales team
- Experience generate and maintaining relationships with sales leads
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, you’re skilled at business writing, and have experience preparing client proposals and letters
- Great Presentation Skills we are looking for someone who can communicate very well, who has good command of English language, but at the same know when to speak and when to listen, so as to create rapport with potential customers
- Persistent you have a laser-focus on results and will do anything to achieve your goals.
