Our client located in Burlington is looking for a Bilingual Client Service Representative to add to their team.

Working Hours : Monday to Friday 8 : 30am - 5 : 00pm
In this role, you will be responsible for :
Responding to customer requests
Processing orders
Initiating returns
Resolving issues
Any other duties as required
The ideal candidate will / must have :
Fluently bilingual in both French and English, written and verbal
1-2 years of customer service experience
College and / or University Degree
Strong customer services skills
Superior working knowledge of MS Office
Ability to multi-tasks
