Job Description :
We are seeking a talented and experienced Creative Director to support our Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) teams at Modaxo. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our global business development efforts by crafting creative that resonates with potential targets and stakeholders.
You will also be responsible for ensuring a cohesive brand identity is maintained across all M&A marketing materials and touchpoints.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced creative leader to make a significant impact and elevate the Modaxo brand to new heights.
What You Will Do :
- Develop and execute creative strategies that support the M&A business development goals.
- Work with the M&A teams and other stakeholders to conceptualize and create compelling presentations, marketing collateral, video, and other visual content related to M&A activities.
- Provide creative support and project management for the development and execution of new brand identities for spin-out companies resulting from M&A transactions or internal organizational changes.
- Provide ongoing support to the Modaxo website and other social digital platforms helping to maintain content and creative aligned with the brand.
- Contribute to the evolution of current and future brands associated with Modaxo’s thought leadership programs and platforms : Transit Unplugged, ParkingLive, and others as they are launched.
- Provide project management support and execution for internal and external programs and events that reinforce the brand's messaging and values such as MOVE, global tradeshows, and M&A sponsored events.
- Work with and coach Modaxo businesses on how to effectively use and apply the Modaxo brand and messaging in their communications.
The Ideal Candidate :
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in a creative director or similar leadership role.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful creative campaigns within the B2B space.
- Strong understanding of M&A marketing principles and best practices.
- In-depth knowledge of design principles and visual storytelling.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
- The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining brand consistency.
- Strong coaching and mentoring skills.
- Proficiency in creative design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and other tool sets.
