My Client is seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Personal Lines Account Manager. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in delivering outstanding service to our clients by assisting with policy inquiries, processing applications, and addressing client concerns.

Responsibilities :
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing prompt and courteous assistance via phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Respond to client inquiries regarding policy coverage, premiums, claims, and billing inquiries
- Process new insurance applications, endorsements, and renewals accurately and efficiently
- Collaborate with insurance carriers to obtain quotes, bind coverage, and process policy changes
- Assist clients with claims reporting and follow-up to ensure timely resolution
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation in our agency management system
- Identify opportunities to upsell additional coverage and products to meet clients' evolving needs
- Stay informed about industry trends, products, and regulations to provide informed recommendations to clients
Qualifications :
- Previous experience in personal lines insurance or customer service role preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient computer skills, BMS - Powebroker would be ideal
- MUST HAVE RIBO, 2 YEAR EXPERIENCE
