Sustainable Agriculture Associate Manager
Overview
General accountabilities are to provide effective project management to all the Positive Agriculture initiatives in Canada, including coordinating and managing partners and other stakeholders in execution and liaising closely with PepsiCo internal teams and other stakeholders as needed.

Responsibilities
- Develop new partnerships
- Manage existing workstreams
- Support maintaining sustainable sourcing in direct-sourced oats and provide demonstration farm support
- Ensure accurate annual Canadian reporting and measurement of biodiversity, watershed health, and soil health
- Collate learnings from Canada projects to feed into global Positive Ag Programming
- Relationship Management with external entities
- Coordinate end of year regen ag reporting for Canada programs and keep budget and deliverables trackers updated
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture, International Development, Business Management or similar
- Experience with corn, soy, wheat sugar beet or other row crop systems, including working with companies in the region (candidates with direct private sector experience preferred)
- Excellent skills in data analysis and in identifying and communicating data insights
- Fluency in English (written and spoken), French proficiency nice to have.
- Ability to work remotely / independently, proactively and with a high degree of automony and manage others
- Experience working with Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) companies a plus but not required
