Our Ideal Candidate

We are currently seeking experienced Professional Land Surveyors to support our locations throughout SK and MB. As the successful candidate, you will be responsible providing land surveying

and surveying services to internal and external clients, be involved in survey projects from initial research through to final deliverables and manage technical survey personnel in both the

office and field.

The successful candidate will be integral to our quality assurance, developing internal processes and tools for continuous improvement, identify business opportunities and help grow Geomatics at Allnorth.

A Day in the Life

As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for the following :

• Managing various survey project types including legal, infrastructure, land development,
• Topographic, engineering, construction, and reality capture. This includes managing project deliverables and all team members working on projects
• Leading survey crews and office staff on projects; communicating scope and scheduling information to team members and stakeholders
• Mentoring and coaching field crews, drafters, plan checkers and other team members
• Working collaboratively within our larger Geomatics team
• Working with clients to understand project scope
• Promoting a culture of Safety in Everything We Do and adherence to the Allnorth HSE policies and Safe Work Methods
• Maintaining project budgets
• Building and maintaining client relationships.

What You’ll Bring to the Team

• Registered with SLSA or eligible to register
• Must be a practicing SLS, or professional Land Surveyor from another province, eligible to register with the ABCLS or SLSA as an association member
• 3+ years of land surveying experience
• Oil & Gas experience considered an asset
• Experience with Trimble Business Center and Civil 3D is an asset
• Effective communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills with a high level of dependability
• Willingness to learn and contribute in a dynamic team environment is essential
• A valid driver’s license is required.
