- MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Current Director of Operations or VP
- Automotive manufacturing experience
- Experience running multiple facilities.
- Exposure and understanding of stamping and assembly
- Technical understanding
- RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Oversee multiple manufacturing facilities, ensuring optimal performance and productivity.
- Manage automotive manufacturing operations, with exposure to stamping and assembly processes.
- Drive process improvements and efficiencies, leveraging technical expertise.
- Foster a results-driven culture while maintaining a personable and collaborative approach.
- Establish an accountability structure across teams and promote cohesion.
- Uphold and promote the company culture.
- Contribute to strategic planning initiatives.
- Report directly to the President of the company
- Work within a long-standing privately-owned company
