Job Title : Global Head of Digital Training
Contract : Full-time, permanent position

This position would suit an individual with extensive experience in commercial roles with previous experience in creating and selling on-demand and enterprise learning products and solutions to external parties.
About the role
In this newly created position, the Global Head of Digital Training will spearhead our Digital Training strategy, successfully enabling our Training Academy to champion our innovative and evolutionary digital offerings.
You will work collaboratively with global senior leaders, challenging and influencing our existing ways of working and proactively identifying the need for change.
This will be an incredibly challenging but rewarding role as you will be a key member of our Global Training Leadership team, playing an integral part in driving the growth of our training business across the globe.
Additional responsibilities include :
Proactively identify the Digital Training needs of our clients and the best learning solutions to meet their demands.
Develop and implement an effective Digital Training commercial model which includes volume pricing and subscription services for On-demand eLearning.
Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle of the Digital Training portfolio which ranges from conceptualisation to launch and post-launch analysis.
Provide ongoing sales training to internal sales teams regarding the features and benefits of our digital products and solutions.
To be successful in this role
You will have demonstrable experience in commercial roles, ideally with previous experience in selling products to external parties.
In addition to this, you’ll also have :
The ability to build solid and credible relationships with key stakeholders.
Experience with e-commerce platforms and optimising user experience.
Proven experience in developing and implementing digital training strategies.
Experience in managing the end-to-end product lifecycle of digital products.
Experience of working with multi-national / cultural teams.

The salary for this position can range from 113,250 CAD to 188,750 CAD annually; actual compensation is based on various factors, including but not limited to, the candidate’s competencies, level of experience, education, location, divisional budget and internal peer compensation comparisons.
