About The Opportunity
Working as an integral part of the Information Technology, reporting directly to the IT Manager, The ERP Support Analyst will play a critical role in the successful implementation, support, and maintenance of our Dynamics 365 ERP system and other related systems.
The ideal candidate will be highly skilled in ERP system management, with a strong ability to analyze and interpret data to support business decisions.
This position requires close collaboration with various departments to ensure that the ERP system aligns with business needs and operates efficiently.
What You Bring
- Combination of education and experience.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business Management or a relevant / related field from a recognized post-secondary institution.
- Highly independent and self-motivated with demonstrated ability to proactively execute and achieve results.
- Exceptional written communication skills; articulates information in a clear, concise and compelling way for a variety of audiences.
- Excellent oral and presentation communication skills with demonstrated ability to influence others.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Demonstrated computer skills with the ability to maintain an accurate database and records.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a willingness to communicate effectively in unfamiliar situations.
- Team-oriented and demonstrates a respectful and collaborative approach to communicating with others.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and adapt to new situations quickly.
Salary : $ 76,499 - $ 85,634 annually, plus a comprehensive benefits program
