An established Victoria law firm is seeking an experienced Legal Assistant to support a busy commercial lending practice representing major financial institution clients. This is a fully on-site role within a professional, high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities :

• Support commercial lending transactions for institutional lender clients
• Prepare and manage loan and security documentation
• Coordinate transaction closings and track conditions
• Liaise with lenders, lawyers, and third parties
• Manage multiple active files with accuracy and efficiency
