About the Role

As a Salesforce Developer , you’ll play a vital role at Lantern in enhancing and scaling our Salesforce Health Cloud platform to support our members’ healthcare journeys. You will gather and translate business requirements into technical designs, build scalable solutions, and ensure our platform continues to support organizational goals.

We’re looking for someone with deep Salesforce platform expertise—both declarative and programmatic, who proactively identifies improvements, implements best practices, and collaborates with stakeholders across the organization.
